Delivery and handling charges
Standard delivery : 2-3 Working Day's
Orders £15 and under : £3.50
Orders over £15 : £4.95 per order
*Express/Next Day Delivery: £9.95 per order for delivery the following day.
*Express/Next Day Delivery is not available on items to Ireland/Mainland Europe, check site for details.
*If you would like your order shipped to an overseas address please contact us for a shipping quote based on the delivery address and the weight and size of the order.
*(express delivery only applies for orders received by 4pm. Orders received after 4pm will carry over to the following day)
All standard + express delivery orders are sent by Royal Mail. An independent courier service is used on all larger items ie: some rugs, client requests etc.. All orders received before 4pm on day of order will be mailed that day. All orders received after 4pm on day of order will be mailed the following day.
Please note that www.brunoandbean.com cannot accommodate multiple delivery addresses. If you want to purchase several items and have each of them sent to a different address, you will have to make separate purchases.
Also unfortunately please note that we cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes.

Stock & back orders
In the rare occurence that something you order turns out not to be available, we will inform you by e-mail of that situation and tell you how long the lead time expected for the item to come back in stock. At this stage you can choose to cancel the order or if you wish and we will refund you the full amount.
Order cancellation
You may cancel an order within 24 hours from the time that your original order was placed. Please send an e-mail to info@brunoandbean.com notifying us that you would like to have an order cancelled. Alternatively you can contact us on 08444165973. Please make sure to supply us with detailed information (i.e. your name, your order number, etc.). You will be sent a confirmation message stating that we have cancelled that order for you or we will confirm on the phone the staus of your order. If you do not receive this confirmation message we have already shipped your order to you, in this case please follow the procedure set out in our Returns procedure.
Return Policy
Products purchased from www.brunoandbean.com may be returned within 14 days of purchase if in original condition and in original undamaged packaging.
If the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged in the post when being returned to us. Also, please ensure to get proof of dispatch from the post office. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
